I noticed that Abdal Majeed would shut himself up in his room alone with the CD. Then I noticed that he was following the text in the mushaf as he listened to the recitation. He came and told me he'd nearly memorized it. A day later he came and told me he'd seen a dream: he'd recited the entire surah from memory for the Prophet, may Allah bless him and give him peace, who was with him, wearing a long green robe, and who embraced him when he finished.
